  Once you make a connection, you will find out details about the person you are planning to swap jobs with. Then, when you tell your employer you are planning to leave, you can offer somebody qualified to replace you.
  The main difference between TopHatRabbit and any other web sites that are posting jobs is that you can only subscribe if you do have a job and none of the jobs posted on TopHatRabbit are listed anywhere else because the people doing them haven’t yet quit. This way you have the chance to build a relationship with them and get to find about the employer, and the city you are moving to.
